Acrylic staple is a typical wool type fiber made up of A.N. and MAM, and produced as a form of fiber and tow through the processes of polymerization/spinning/after-treatment . It is mainly used as a raw material of yarn as well as industrial filter and hi-pile for fabrics of stuffed toy and artificial fur.
With 300 tons of daily production capability, half of products are put as a raw material for our own spinning plant, and the other is being sold to domestic and overseas customers for spinning and hi-pile usage.
These days we are concentrating on enforcing competitiveness of quality through focusing on various specialized products such as anti-pilling, conjugate, flat cross-section type, antibiosis and deodorization, high shrinkable, acid-dye able and micro denier fiber etc. developed from 1.5,2.0,3.0denier regular items.

Acrylic tow is a main raw material for worsted spinning outputted as a first filament from spinning/after-treatment, and becoming top through gelling process after passing tow breaker. We are placing more emphasis on finer 1/1.5/2deniers to meet a latest trend of downstream business preferring soft touch getting out of 3-5denier regular items.

Acrylic top is a primary intermediate material determining quality of yarn, put into initial drawing process in the worsted spinning system. Most of 140 tons of products per day is put into our own spinning factory and the rest is arranged for domestic and overseas sales.
