We are producing
blankets only by order as we are exporting 100% of our products to
overseas market. We do not keep ready stocks for export. For this reason,
we need order minimum quantity for our production running and it is one
40ft container quantity each size and weight of the blanket. Our
production system is best optimized for the order of container basis.
2. The size
and weight of the plush blankets
We are producing
blankets in size --- 220x240cm,200x240cm,
160x220cm, 110x140cm, 100x140cm
generally, they are called as king,
queen size, single (or twin) size and baby size.
The weight of the blankets are various from heavy to light ones.
The blanket weight determines the thickness of the blanket. Accordingly,
the heavy blanket is warmer than the light ones.
3. Packing
The individual packing
of the blanket is completed in poly zipper bag and 5-6 pieces are packed
into an export carton.
Those packed cartons are
stuffed into the container.
4. Designs
and colors
You are able to choose
the designs from our website. It is very important to have the sell able
designs for your market.
We usually
accept 3 different designs for one container order or 3 different colors
per eachdesign. It is because of the
minimum requirements for the printing
process.
5. Samples
We usually provide the
quality cutting sample (30x30cm approx.) of the blankets free of charge
upon request.
If you need the full size blankets, we need the cost of air freight to be
paid in advance while the blanket cost is free.

Catalogues
We used to make
printed catalogues every two years. But we found that the printed
catalogue could not cover
the frequently developing new designs
always. For this reason, we do not keep the printed catalogues any longer.
Instead, we update the designs in the
web site and provide the designs by email attached files.
7. Order
confirmation and payment
Just after the
price confirmation from both parties, we issue our Preformed Invoice for
your establishment
of Letter of Credit from your bank.
These days most of the buyers prefer the payment by wire transfer
(T/T remittance) instead of complicated
bank process for the L/C. It is also saving the cost.
In this case, we need your deposit of
30% in advance for our production. After we complete the shipment
of your order, we send you the copy of
Bill of Lading (B/L) by email. You are requested to transfer the
balance amount within 2-3 days after B/L
copy.
As soon as we receive your full payment,
we send the original shipping documents by DHL.
8. Shipment
lead time
We need
approximately 30 days for the shipment after our order confirmation.
As we have monthly production schedule
always, at the time of order, we inform the expected time of shipment.
If you need any urgent shipment of your
orders, please discuss with us at the time of order.
9. Buyer's
brand and logo
We accept buyer's
brand and logo unless it is registered by any other parties in U.S.A or
importing country.
It will be printed on the bag and label
after drawing confirmation.
