X-Static Fabrics

The fabric using X-Static has the unique two-layered structure which is totally different from the other moisture controlling functional fabrics. By using multi-channel polyester, the outer side moves moisture quickly and dries fast. The inner side moves the moisture from the body to the outer side rapidly and in only this way. No back draft from outside to inside. This is only possible by using X-Static the most hydrophobic fiber.

This one-way moisture system is beyond the limit of the present functional sports fabrics. The limit is that the moisture on the outer side flows back to the inner side (the body). AS exercise goes on, the quantity of moisture from the body is more than that of evaporation on the surface. So, it comes back to the body makes it damp. But, X-Static fabrics keep the body dries all the time avoiding flowing-back from the outer layer.

X-static wicks away moisture from the body. It evaporates moisture without absorbing. Therefore it keeps the body dry and comfortable even during and after exercise.

1. Warm

X-Static has the lowest conductivity of any fiber. Since it loses less heat, X-Static maintains the steady body temperature.

2. Light

X-Static is so light that it actually floats. It is only 60% to cotton, 66% to polyester and 80% to nylon. Also, X-static fabric is bulkier than any other fabric with same weight. This lightness makes the wearer move easily and fits well to the body; it is suitable for the sportswear.

3. Convenient

Since X-Static does not absorb water and is very resistant to the stains. Washing is so easy and fast. You can do wash and wear it.

4. Safe

X-static is safe from insects and bacteria because it does not provide an adequate living environment fro them.

5. Stable

Since it is inert polymer, X-Static is resistant to odor, blood and chemicals. Also, it is stabilized to UV; it protects the skin from the sun in outdoor activities.

6. Durable

X-Static has excellent abrasion resistance and high breaking tenacity. It keeps its strength when it is wet. It is a very ideal for swimming suits and living suits.

7. Food Fastness.

X-Static is very resistant to bleeding, because it is solution dyed. X-Static has good fastness to light/wash.

8. Friendly to the environment

X-Static can be recycled easily. It does not produce any toxic gas or harmful by- products. The harmlessness of this material is approved by FDA.
